We are looking for a self-motivated, innovative individual to join the leadership team at Foundation 2. Are you the type of person that works hard and plays hard? Do you take your work seriously, but maintain an excellent sense of humor? If so, we might be the right fit for you!
We have a full time position available that is responsible for creating and developing annual and multi-year fundraising strategy and day-to-day implementation of the plan. This includes developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with individual and corporate donors, creation and execution of annual appeal campaigns, writing and securing general operating and capacity building grants, and planning of logistics for special events.
Requirements include bachelor’s degree in public relations, business, communications, or related field and a minimum of three (3) years of work experience in the non-profit fundraising field sales/marketing or equivalent area. Strong oral and written communication skills, knowledge of non-profit operations, demonstrated self-initiative, and working well with a team is a must.
